I contracted your company to do an aeration & seeding of a funeral home that i take care of. There were no visible plugs pulled from the lawn. I called to complain about it and was told someone would go check it out. I then received an email saying "sufficient plugs were pulled". I 100% disagree with this conclusion. There were NO VISIBLE PLUGS REMOVED from the property. I was in the landscape business for over 25 years and know what aeration looks like. I'm very disappointed with this whole situation. To me, I just wasted $233.

Today I did your aeration and seeding and I got the bare areas and thin areas very well and I seeded those areas heavy remember that the lawn has to stay damp for the next 20 days to ensure proper seed growth and you can not mow the lawn for the next 2-3
