They are professional and courteous. They email me a day or two before a scheduled service. This allows me to push the service to the following day or week if I have something planed and need to be on the lawn. In addition, the service tech calls... me when they arrive and communicates what is to be applied and if I have any questions. I have used them for a few years now and I have to say that my lawn looks healthy, and the invasive weeds are in check.
