Today I treated your lawn with a round 7 application. This application is fertilizer based designed to keep your lawn healthy. Depending on your lawn being recently seeded or not, I sprayed any present weeds. I made sure the gate was secured when I was done. Thank you and have a great day!

Hello, today I came out and completed your scheduled aeration and seeding. This is a highly beneficial process we recommend completing annually. The aeration helps to reduce soil compaction which increases the overall lawn health significantly. The seed will help to thicken any areas that thinned out throughout the season. It is crucial that you maintain a daily watering schedule for the next 14-20 days, while the seed is beginning its germination period. After that you can return to your regular watering schedule. We recommend as a baseline 20 minutes per zone daily, this can change depending on your lawns needs. We also recommend you do not mow for at least 7 days, and the first time mowing on a high setting to make sure there is no issue with the new seed. You will see the new seeds begin to sprout within 14 days, and will continue to grow and germinate for the remainder of the season. You will see the majority of the growth late this season, and the beginning of the next season. If

Today I treated your lawn with a round 6 application. This application will take care of any visible weeds and also help maintain the health and color of your lawn. I made sure the gate was secured when I was done. Thank you and have a great day!
