Green Lawn Program Inclusions

  • 7 Lawn Fertilization Applications: We apply seven applications of lawn fertilizer throughout the season, four to six weeks apart, depending on the time of year. The first two applications also contain broadleaf weed control and crabgrass pre-emergent, while the rest contain a balanced fertilizer with nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium.
  • Grub Control: If you are noticing that your lawn is looking a bit worse for wear, it might be due to grubs. Grubs are the larvae of beetles, and they can cause significant damage to your lawn. Thankfully, we offer grub control services in the early summer, which can help to prevent any long-term damage from occurring.
  • Unlimited Weed Control: We offer unlimited weed control for your property. We will come out and spray as needed, so you don’t have to worry about those pesky weeds anymore. Our service is professional and reliable, so you can rest assured that your property will be weed-free in no time.
  • Free Service Calls: We’re committed to providing the best possible service to keep it looking its best. Review of Green Lawn Fertilizing

Now 15 years, and Green Lawn continues to provide excellent service with top notch technicians and service managers. Glad to see Ryan returning for another season. Ryan, just like his predecessors of Antonio, Hector, and Dan, is well versed in the industry and always points out helpful tips of “do’s and don’t’s. As I always share with Steve, I appreciate the continuity of the same technician throughout the season when possible - not only does the technician learn the customers preferences, but can observe the change in property appearance during the season and react accordingly. Ryan is great at all this and receives extremely high marks for top customer service - calls shortly before arrival and is incredibly polite. This is a trend with Green Lawn in grooming technicians to advance in the organization. Looking forward to working with Ryan and Green Lawn again this season.

Hi today I didn't notice any disease or insect damage. I recommend watering the lawn with 1-2 inches of water a week between 5-9 am watering mid day can burn the lawn and at night can cause diseases. Try to do it in 2-3 irrigation cycles per week watering deep and infrequent gets more water into the soil. Weather will become hot and dry as we move into the summer months. If browning occurs in the lawn around this time of year it's most likely disease coming out in the lawn. If it starts in one area and progressively starts to look like it's getting worse, give us a call and we can come take a look. Mowing higher helps to retain moisture, encourages deep root growth, leaves more grass blades for photosynthesis and deters insects, disease and weeds. Take a ruler and measure the length of the blade after a cut. Don't trust the setting on your mower. Be aware that any edging along driveways and sidewalks will cause weeds, so if you choose to edge, be sure you are hitting the grass blades a
