Why did Green Lawn Fertilizing implement a fuel surcharge?

• Fuel and material costs are at an all time high. We have resisted a fuel surcharge and absorbed the incremental costs as long as we were able. However, the impact of these costs have surpassed what we are able to absorb while still taking care of our team members and providing superior service to our customers. This is a temporary charge which will be removed once fuel prices go back down.

How much is the fuel surcharge?

• The charge will be based on the cost of fuel. The fuel charge will never exceed $6.

How often will the fuel surcharge occur?

• The fuel charge will occur after each service visit

What is Green Lawn Fertilizing doing to combat fuel costs?

• We are currently moving to a four day work week to reduce the amount of trips we make out from our branch locations. This also allows for our team members to reduce their fuel consumption when commuting.
• As always, we put priority on keeping all of our equipment properly maintained and serviced for optimal fuel efficiency and dependability.

How long will the fuel surcharge last?

• Our goal is to eliminate it as soon as we are able.
