Overall the lawn looks very good, and they show up when they say they will. I do have a few complaints. 1. There have been a few times that the machine used to complete the service has torn up the lawn from aggressive turning leaving patches around the yard. 2. There are areas of stone that have been seeded and sprout grass because the technician drove over them rather than go around. 3. The lawn has some random bare spots that haven't really been addressed by the treatments or the technicians while on site. I expected a more site-specific solution than just spraying and fertilizing.
Good color would recommend lime applications to help raise ph levels and enrich soil
Eventually lawn will need aeration and seeding to thicken and fill in bare areas
Applied treatment by hand
Made sure to treat hilly areas
Hi my name is Jorge I made sure to aerate and seed entire lawn make sure you water for 2 weeks 20 minutes a day early mornings is best time to water 6 to 11 am. Also moved trampoline to get that area seeded and aerated too blew off the best i could with
Seeding is recommended, lawn has thin areas that need to be restored with grass seed, put trash cans back after moving them to get in the yard
Lawn was not sprayed today, fertilizer only. This will help promote growth of seed
Today I applied fertilizer only to the lawn, this will help promote growth of new seed. Be sure to water lawn
Today I applied fertilizer only, no weed control due to new seed. In the back I use hand spreader due to the car being parked close to the gate. Leaves will not affect his treatment
Today i aerated and seeded your entire lawn. I focused on bare areas . In order to get best results water for 30 to 40 min 4 times a week. Do this for the next two weeks. Do not mow lawn until 2 weeks after germination.
